As part of this project, the client was supported by precisely scanning and modelling the newly installed shafts. These digital models serve as a basis for identifying and effectively communicating design deviations.
Project scope
Scanning and modelling
A high-precision scan of the prefabricated shafts was carried out, followed by the creation of digital 3D models. These detailed models enable an accurate representation of the current conditions.
Planning comparison
The comparison of the created 3D models with the original plans made it possible to identify any deviations and differences at an early stage. This created a proactive approach to avoid problems during construction.
Communication of deviations
Identified deviations were clearly documented and forwarded to the executing companies. This facilitates the initiation of corrective measures and optimises the construction process overall.
Integration into digital systems
Database linking
The digital models of the shafts were linked to the COMOS database to enable comprehensive integration into existing systems.
Central information management
By linking with COMOS, all relevant information is available centrally. This significantly increases efficiency and traceability in project management.
This project illustrates how digital technologies can be used to make construction processes more precise, efficient and transparent – from planning to implementation.
